The contents of this web site and its almost continuous updates are based on numerous sources including the web sites of the International Association of Athletics Federations (World Athletics) and its member federations as well as numerous news sources, institutional or otherwise, including several members of the Association of Track and Field Statisticians (ATFS).

On an individual basis, numerous people have significantly contributed to the success of this site and continue to do so; notably Winfried Kramer and his team which regularly publish the famous National Athletics Records for all countries in the world  which served as a basis for the start of this site, György Csiki, Grzegorz Gładzikowski, Gerald Borman, Steffen Stuebe or Hans Dahlen whose support proved to be extremely precious.
